Clinic on Holwede Street
During its history the Hospital on the Holwedestraße has been several times rebuilt, modernized and expanded. The oldest still exhisting building was errected in 1903 as a municipal children's home. After 1934, the nursery was mostly used for medical purposes. During ist development the Braunschweiger Clinic has largely invested into the high medical standards in order to ensure the best possible medical care for the German and international patients.

Each room has a modern TV in ordert to make your stay more convenient.
You have the possibility to have your own cable phone at your room. This service is charged extra. If you are interested, please contact the nursing staff.
Basically we treat all types of injuries and emergencies. As a hospital, however, we are primarily responsible for patients who need in-patient treatment. Therefore, if minor injuries are involved, please seek medical assistance or emergency services at our Clinic on the the Salzdahlumer Street 90.
The parking facilities of the clinic are rather limited. The car park is signposted and located next to the hospital.
The patient library
The library is located on the ground floor in room 5 and is open Mon. 2:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. and Thurs. 11:00 a.m -1: 00 p.m. For patients who can not leave their beds, the volunteers come directly to the stations. The book loan is free of charge. The library contains books in different languages and can meet all the reading tastes and needs.
Fast postal delivery is only possible if the correct address is given. You can send your stamped post at the reception board or give it the nurses, who will it for you.
The social workers provide counseling, help with authorities and applications and assist in the registration.
You can reach hospital care through the nursing staff or directly by telephone.
